Register For MYC Group Classes

I agree to abide by the registration policy of Allegro Academy of Music and Art. I am enrolling my child (ren) in Music classes with Allegro Academy of Music and Art for the entire semester and understand that my payment is due accordingly. I agree to pay one time $25 registration fee. The Allegro Academy of Music and Art shall assume no responsibility for the student while on the premises. The student (or the parent of the student, if the student is a minor) assumes full responsibility for any and all incidents that may accrue on the premises, whether at lessons or not, save and except the Gross Negligence of Allegro Academy of Music and Art or its agents.

Refunds: Tuition refunds or credit vouchers may be given if there are extenuating circumstances requiring withdrawal from class. Please give us one month notice. All refund requests will be considered on an individual basis.
If a student misses class for whatever reason, there will be no refund of the fee paid for the particular class.

Makeup classes: Student will receive 2 make-ups per semester, please give me at least 24 hours notice of a lesson cancellation if you wish a makeup lesson. As the lesson time is only reserved for you and your child, there are no refunds or deductions for canceled or missed class.

The parents of the student agree for and on behalf of themselves and the student that any photographs taken of the student by Allegro Academy of Music and Art personnel or otherwise authorized by a music director may be used by Allegro Academy of Music and Art without charge in promotional material, including brochures, slide shows, videos, or website. Registration complete when both registration and payment have been received.

Payment must be received prior to the first lesson. Payments are non-refundable.
NSF cheques are subjected to a $25 handling fee.
